On September 22, Oleg Garin celebrates his 60th birthday — one of the brightest forwards in the history of Moscow’s Lokomotiv.
For the Railwaymen’s fans, his name recalls an important era, when the club was only gaining strength and building its great history in Russian football.
Garin is remembered as a striker with a scoring instinct, character, and true leadership spirit. His play became part of that nostalgia that fans of Russian football still remember warmly to this day.
Today is not just the birthday of a former player, but another reason to remember the people who left a noticeable mark on the history of Lokomotiv and of our football as a whole.
