Čeferin Agreed to Stand for a New Term at the Head of UEFA
Aleksander Čeferin said in Berlin that he intends to run at UEFA's 51st Ordinary Congress in Astana on April 22, 2027, and continue working after 2027.
UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin said in Berlin that he will seek re-election and is ready to continue leading the organization after 2027.
According to UEFA, the presidents and general secretaries of all 55 national associations unanimously asked him to reconsider his earlier decision not to stand for a new term.
Čeferin clarified that he intends to run at UEFA's 51st Ordinary Congress in Astana on April 22, 2027.
